1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  • During high-volume periods (festivals, sales, etc.), processing times may be slightly delayed

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We offer both Standard and Express shipping across India.

Express Shipping ₹180 1 day in most major cities; 1–3 days based on location

Note: Express shipping is available only for serviceable PIN codes. Orders placed before 2 PM (IST) are eligible for same-day or next-day dispatch.

3. International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally!

  • Shipping charges and delivery timelines vary based on destination and weight.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Estimated international delivery time: 5–20 business days.

  • Customs, duties, and taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for domestic orders within India, based on courier availability.

  • An additional ₹50 COD charge may apply.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor your package in real-time.

6. Delays and Issues

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but delays may occur due to factors such as weather conditions, courier issues, or customs clearance for international orders.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
