At Dog-O-Bow, we want every pet to look and feel their best. To avoid sizing issues, please make sure to measure your pet carefully before placing your order.

🐾 Refund Policy

We offer a 5-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition – unused, unwashed, and unworn – with tags and packaging intact.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

To request a return:

  • Email us at info@dogobow.com within 5 days of receiving the item.

  • If approved, we’ll share a return shipping label and arrange a pickup.

  • Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Please note: Refunds will be issued only after the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes our quality check.
No refund will be processed if the item fails inspection or is not received.

🔁 Exchange Policy

We offer a 10-day exchange policy for size exchanges of the same product, valid from the date of delivery.

To initiate an exchange:

  • Contact us at info@dogobow.com or call +91-8790595966.

  • Share your order details along with photos/videos of the product.

  • Once approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and schedule a pickup.

  • The replacement product will be dispatched only after the original item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection.

💳 Price Difference in Exchanges:

If the MRP of the exchanged size or item is higher than the amount originally paid:

  • The difference must be paid before the replacement is shipped.

  • A secure payment link or bank details will be provided.

🚫 No Returns or Exchanges on Customized Products

Please note that customized or personalized items — including custom sizes, prints, or name-tagged pieces — are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
